I love the food truck scene because they host kick *ss parties that my husband and I AND my kids can enjoy. I love being able to go to some place like Civic Center Eats and having a huge selection to choose from. It’s like a restaurant with the most varied menu ever–but they can do it well. I can get, say, tacos from Pinche and follow it up a cupcake from the cupcake truck. Hubby can get an artery clogging sandwich from the Biscuit Bus. We’re both happy.
