I hate to see a good food truck fold down its awning for the very last time, so am sad to report that Scott of Paseo has decided to ply his trade in another venue.  While I’m crushed – I never even got to eat those tacos that were, by all reports, insanely good – I am pleased that it may open up an opportunity for another vendor. If you’re an aspiring vendor, take a peek at this gorgeous 1978 Airstream and start calling your banks and investors! The price has already been reduced, and it includes the truck!

This is a 1978 Airstream Caravanner 21′ completely remodeled mobile food service trailer- it really has to be seen to be believed. This unit has already been in service and is really one of a kind- if you’re looking to get your own mobile truck going and you have already settled on doing an Airstream or something just different to separate yourself, here it is!
