Espresso Shop on Wheels For Sale and Goodbye, Walt’s.

It’s never a good day when we hear that  a street food vendor is closing up shop, and this week we’ve heard of two that are doing just that. A few months ago, the folks at Walt’s Mobile Bistro indicated on Facebook that they were thinking about shutting down, and just yesterday through the grapevine, we heard it’s happening for sure. We’ll miss you, Walt’s. Though, we also heard something about the minds behind Walt’s looking at a new venture, and we’ll keep our eyes peeled this spring as the farmer’s markets set up and we hope to see you there!

Completely Outfitted Airstream Coffee Shop for Sale!

This custom built 8x5' espresso kiosk has its own power and water supply, and is health department approved.

In addition, the guys at EVOBean just contacted DenverStreetFood.com to let us know that they’re getting out of the business, too, and that their assets are for sale.  I hate to see these guys go. They were always my first stop at the Cherry Creek Farmer’s Market, and their coffee was the perfect compliment to my morning tacos from Pinche Tacos.

But just because it makes me sad doesn’t mean it can’t make you happy. If you’ve been thinking about starting up a mobile food business, these guys are selling the whole package – from the sweet airstream and kiosk all the way down to the business plan! They’ve got the truck, the espresso machines and grinders, graphics and a website. Hell – they’ve even got the twitter account and graphics!

If you’re interested in contacting the folks at EVOBean to talk about their stuff, drop us a line at info@denverstreetfood.com, and we’ll provide you with the specs on the package and contact information.

EVO guys, we really hope you have another mobile adventure around the corner, too. You made some damned fine coffee!

This beautiful 1965 Airstream Globetrotter is a part of the EVOBean asset sell off.
